Hanover school cancellations are followed in the case of inclement weather. However, if we have a severe winter with multiple snow days, we may go off the Hanover School grid and hold classes. If we have multiple snow days, where the studio is closed, we will schedule make-up classes during school vacations. During a regular snow storm, to verify if morning classes are being held, you may call the studio after 8:15 am, and after 2:15 pm to verify afternoon classes. You may also check for cancellations here on the DWH website and on our Facebook page. One class cancellation is scheduled into the yearly payment plan.

The following holidays and school breaks will be observed; Halloween, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Year Break, February & April School Breaks, Memorial Day. Please note: holidays, school breaks, and one class cancellation have been calculated into the yearly tuition.

Tuition payments are due upon the 1st class of each month, for 10 months from September through June. Payments may be placed in the tuition box located in the lobby, or mailed to the studio if more convenient. If you choose to make a payment in cash, please do not leave in the mailbox but hand directly to the office assistant or your child's teacher so that you may be given a receipt. Credit Card payments are also accepted. Please note: May & June tuition are due together on May 1st. We also offer automated monthly payments for credit and debit cards though our website online Student/Parent Portal.

School breaks, holidays and one class cancellation have been calculated into the yearly fee. Tuition payment is the same each month regardless of the number of weeks per month. Payments received after the 15th of the month are late and must include the $15.00 late fee. Kindly contact the studio for current tuition rates or if you need assistance setting up payments. Thank you.

Parents and families are invited to observe classes during observation weeks in the spring & fall. Parental encouragement and involvement are important to each child’s progression.
