Childrens Dance Ensembleis the resident pre-professional performing company of Dance Workshop of Hanover. Founded in 1987, CDE is comprised of talented student dancers aged 14-18 under the direction of MaryLou Cunningham.
Childrens Dance Ensemble has staged a full length production of The Nutcracker Ballet since 1990, in addition to their Spring Benefit Performance, from which the proceeds have benefited various charitable organizations.
CDE dancers have had the opportunity to perform throughout the area and to study with guest artists.
